A Physical Therapist is needed for a 13 week travel contrat in Mayfield, KY. This facility offers a guarantee of 40 hours weekly. Travel Rate

Weekly Estimated Pay: $3,005
Weekly Taxable Pay: $1,920
Weekly Housing Stipend: $672
Weekly Meal Stipend: $413

PHYSICAL THERAPIST JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
2. Successful completion of National Certification Examination
3. 1 year of verifiable, supervised professional experience within the last 3 years
4. Valid PT license in state of practice
