Must have experience in 1 or multiple of the following to be qualified for these positions: Acute Care Centers Tertiary Care Centers Medical Units Surgical Units Rehabilitation Units Neurology Units Inpatient & Outpatient Experience Occupational Therapists Should Be Experienced In Mental Health Certification by the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc. (NBCOT) or Certification by the National Board of Physical Therapy is required. Must have a license in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy in the State of New York or other state recognized by the Department of Veterans Affairs. Functional Independent Measure (FIM) certification or knowledge is also required
