A Physical Therapy Assistant is needed for a full-time, 13 week travel contract, at a skilled nursing facility in Foley, MN that offers a guaranteed 40 hours a week. Travel Rate
Weekly Estimated Pay: $1220
Weekly Taxable Pay: $450
Weekly Housing Stipend: $570
Weekly Meal Stipend: $200

PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Associates in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

2. Successful completion of National Certification Examination

3. 1 year of verifiable, supervised professional experience within the last 3 years

4. Valid PTA license in state of practice
