Job Description
* 13 weeks, 2/13/2017 start
* Day shift, 32 hours/wk guaranteed, but may work up to 40 per week
* PTA must have recent Home Health experience as PTA to be considered for the position
* OR PTA license is required
* PTA could travel up to 120 miles daily
