Job Description
School-Based Certified Athletic Trainer
Central Illinois
Position Highlights:
- Desirable Setting: full-time at assigned high school
- Culture & Support: join a close-knit team of 10 ATCs
- Professional Growth: tuition reimbursement/scholarship opportunities
- Monday-Friday, typically starting at 2:30 pm
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $60,000-$85,000 (depending on experience)
- Additional Bonus Incentives for summer & weekend shifts.

- PTO: accrue approx. 5.5 hours per pay period ~ 17 days/year

Qualifications:
- Education in Athletic Training (CAATE-accredited)
- Must have or open to get Illinois ATC.
- Skillset: strong communication, able to respond effectively to on-field injuries and coordinate care with physicians.
- Open to all experience levels
