Opiate Treatment Program Coordinator

​Full-time, Typical shift is 4:30 am - 1:00 pm, some weekends (but shorter shifts)

Position Summary:

The Opiate Treatment Program Coordinator supports the delivery of quality services and the financial goals and objectives of the organization through effective day to day management of patient demographic and financial data. The Coordinator will perform activities with upfront collections, financial counseling and data processing. Coordinator works in conjunction with the Central Business Office to ensure the accuracy of data necessary in the billing and collections process. Coordinator will follow policies and procedures to ensure accurate capturing and posting of financial activity to assist in maintaining accounts receivable at amounts appropriate for payer and acuity mix.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in healthcare collections or related field, or any combination of education, training, or experience in healthcare business office setting is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
  • May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.
