Compensation & Premier Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $28.67 – $38.00/hr
• Annualized Salary Range: $79,414.40 – $122,241.60 USD

Schedule & Patient-First Workflow

• Hours: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 32–40 hours per week (No weekends).
• The 1:1 Standard: 45-minute appointments with every patient.
• Low Volume: Average of just 8 patients per day, ensuring you can provide true patient-centered care.

Job Summary

Under the direction of a Registered Therapist, you will be responsible for performing various therapy treatments, clerical duties, and noting procedures. You will be an integral part of an interdisciplinary team providing high-level care to our local community.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Program.
• Licensure: Current Oklahoma license (or license eligible).
• Certification: CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Physical Requirements

• Mobility: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods with bending and stooping.
• Strength: Able to lift, carry, push, and pull light to moderately heavy material or patients (up to/over 100 lbs).
• Sensory: Adequate hearing and vision (with or without correction) for reporting and patient safety.
