Requirements:
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report findings to the Physical Therapist.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe movement techniques.
Qualifications:
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Prior experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
