We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our practice in Johns Creek, GA area. We have 2 fantastic state-of-the-art locations, Johns Creek, and Suwanee (5 miles apart), and the PTA may take shifts at either location. Join our quickly expanding therapy practice, using the most advanced equipment and technology! Ideally, we are looking for a highly motivated, friendly, and knowledgeable PTA with an interest in outpatient orthopedics and neurological conditions.

Our healthcare professionals offer customized treatment plans including the state-of-the-art methods of both traditional and cutting-edge therapeutic care.

Duties:

• Assist the PT with Patient care, manual therapies, and some rehab exercises
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and stretches to improve their condition
• Assist with maintaining patient records- keep track of goals and progress while adapting treatment plans accordingly
• Promptly and thoroughly document and maintain clinical and administrative records, including but not limited to, daily notes, weekly reports, initial evaluations, treatment progress and responses, and discharge summaries
• Oversee and adhere to the company's guideline for billing of clinical and non-clinical services
• Ensure smooth and timely patient flow in accordance with scheduled appointment times
• Advise patients and their families on in-home treatment options and what to expect from the recovery process
• Collaborate with PT’s and other staff for comprehensive patient care
• Maintain confidentiality of patient personal health information in accordance with HIPAA compliance

Qualifications:

• Licensed PTA in the state of GA

Schedule:

• Full time
• Monday through Friday

Salary (range):

• $60k to $70,000
