Job Description
We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing facility. This as-needed role is ideal for a compassionate professional who enjoys flexible scheduling while helping residents improve mobility and independence.
Responsibilities

Assist Physical Therapists with implementing individualized treatment plans

Provide therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training

Monitor, document, and report patient progress

Educate residents and families on exercises and care plans

Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment
Qualifications

Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
-
Active Alabama PTA license (or eligibility)

SNF or rehab experience preferred

Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
