Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Jacksonville, Florida
We’re hiring a Home Health PTA in Jacksonville who wants flexibility, autonomy, and steady full-time visits in a supportive clinical environment.
You’ll step into a field-based outpatient role focused on follow-up physical therapy visits in patients’ homes. This is strictly follow-up care no Start of Care responsibilities with the ability to build your own schedule within the Medicare week.

Compensation & Benefits
• $45–$50 per visit (based on experience)
• Medical insurance stipend (up to 50%)
• 3 weeks PTO (4 weeks after 3 years)
• 7 paid holidays
• Malpractice coverage
