Physical Therapist Assistant

A facility south of Cabool, MO is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join their team.

Pay Range: $24-$31/hr (based on experience)

Physical Therapist Assistant Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent position
  
• Schedule: Day Shift
  
• Physical Therapist Assistant assists physical therapists in implementing treatment plans by helping patients perform exercises, therapeutic activities, and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function.
  
• Monitors patient progress by recording observations, documenting responses to treatment, and communicating changes or concerns to the supervising physical therapist.
  
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper body mechanics to prevent injury, reduce pain, and promote long-term recovery outside the clinic setting.
  

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  
• License or eligible to obtain Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Missouri
  
• Previous experience preferred, but not required
