Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – $10K Sign-On + Great Benefits
A hospital near Harrison, AR is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join their therapy team.
Physical Therapist Assistant Pay & Perks:
- Pay: $24-35/hour
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Physical Therapist Assistant Schedule:
- Full-Time | Monday - Friday
- Weekend rotation required
Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities:
- Work under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist to help patients recover, improve mobility, and regain daily living skills
- Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions based on individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on therapy techniques for continued progress at home
Physical Therapist Assistant Qualifications:
- Active Arkansas PTA license or eligible to obtain prior to hire
- 1–2 years of experience preferred
