Requirements:
• 1.5+ acute nursing care (hospital base) and Home Care experience
• Valid Driver License for this need
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision/assistance
• Acute care experience preferred
• Certified home health experience including proficiency with OASIS and NON-NEGOTIABLE
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile
• Massachusetts license
