A healthcare organization is looking for a Phlebotomy Manager for a full-time opportunity in Boston, Massachusetts.
Position Highlights
- Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Manage inpatient phlebotomy and laboratory operations
- Oversee staff, quality, compliance, and laboratory safety
- Provide leadership and support for regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or an applicable science
- Minimum 3 years of clinical laboratory experience
- Familiarity with CAP and Joint Commission requirements
- Laboratory certification preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred Pasted markdown
