- Help set up physician referrals
- Confirm insurance information
- Perform daily duties under the direction of Front Office Manager
- Payment collection
Qualifications
Front Office Assistant required skills & qualifications include:
- At least one year of experience
- High school graduate or GED
- Electronic Medical Records experience
- Able to perform basic math and accounting
- Skilled communicator
- Office experience preferred
