Location: 9th Medical Group, Ambulance Services, 15301 Warren Shingle Rd, Beale AFB, California

Work Schedule: There's 2, 12-hour shifts per day to be worked between the hours of 0700-1900 & 1900-0700." Both the per diem and full-time paramedics must be available to work additional

shifts at a moment's notice.

HCW Qualifications:

5.1. Task 1 – Recruit (Recruit/Retain): The duties for each qualified HCW are as follows: The items listed are in addition to what is listed in the COR PD: Will accept PEPP or PALS interchangeably; per SSV standard that governs the surrounding area at Beale Air Force Base. Will NOT require an Ambulance License. -Paramedics are not authorized to drive government vehicles per Air Force Instruction (AFI) and will have a USAF EMT with them at all times who is certified to drive. Provide a Lead Paramedic as well as 11 part time contractors. The Lead paramedic duties includes, but not limited to: responsible for SSV meetings, reports due monthly, quarterly, annually. Responsible for advising Paramedics/EMTs on updates to SSV policy. Responsible for tracking and sending certifications to Contract Company. Responsible for planning required Paramedic/EMT training; IE; Infrequent Skills Course, monthly trainings. Responsible for meetings as required by Non Commissioned Officer in Charge of Ambulance Services. Responsible for Air Force tasks as required by Non Commissioned Officer in Charge of Ambulance Services. All standard changes and additional requirements are set by S-SV, California SCA guanidine and 9th MDG.

5.2. Task 2 – Qualify (Qualifying/Credentialing). In addition to the qualifications listed in the contract, the following additional or supplemental qualifications are required for HCWs on this TO: Three years of experience in the specialty area identified in the TO. “MUST possess current, valid paramedic license and certification from the State of California and Sierra Sacramento Valley emergency Medical Services (S-SV).

5.2.3. Certifications: In addition to the qualifications listed in the contract, HCWs shall maintain the following additional certifications:
