Position Highlights:
- Work-Life Balance: Predictable Monday - Friday schedule (8:30am-5:30pm), no call responsibilities
- Practice Setting: Modern, well-equipped eye center within a large, multidisciplinary primary care facility. Six dedicated exam lanes, including an accessibility-ready lane
- Ideal Work Environment: Collaborative environment with extensive onsite medical specialties
- Favorable Call Schedule: No call required

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: Annual salary of up to $165,000/year
- Retention/Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: PPO access to healthcare, dental, and vision provided
- Relocation Stipend: Up to $5,000
- Student Loan Repayment Assistance: May qualify for PSLF
- Professional Development: CME Allowance up to $3,000/year + 5 days of paid CME leave

Qualifications:
- Degree: Doctor of Optometry (OD)
- Certifications: Board certification/eligibility as applicable
- Licensure: Active state optometry license or ability to obtain
- Skillset: Strong clinical skills in comprehensive eye care and comfort working with diverse patient populations
- Experience: New graduates or experienced optometrists welcomed
- Sponsorship: Inquire if needed
