Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: Up to $145,000/year.
• Additional Bonus Incentives: Performance-based opportunities may apply.

Qualifications:

• Degree: Doctor of Optometry (OD)
• Certifications: Board-certified or eligible
• Licensure: WV state licensure required
• Skillset: Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, patient-focused care, ability to manage high-volume practice.
• Experience: Experience preferred but motivated new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Sponsorship: Available for the right candidate
