Our well-established and growing full-scope practice in the Midwest is seeking a dedicated Optometrist to join a collaborative team providing high-level, medically focused eye care. • Schedule: Monday–Friday only—no weekends or on-call.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $150K–$170K+ DOE
• Production Bonus: 15% net collections (17% after year one)
• $25K Sign-On/Relocation Bonus: Can be structured for relocation, housing, or student loan repayment

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited program
• Eligible for licensure in Nebraska (or willing to obtain)
• All experience levels welcome—mentorship available
