Position Highlights:
- Full-Scope, Medically-Focused Practice: Deliver advanced diagnostic and therapeutic care in a fully equipped, modern facility offering services in primary care, dry eye, glaucoma, and LASIK co-management.
- Modern Technology & Clinical Support: Work with the latest diagnostic equipment, including OCT, Optos, Humphrey Visual Field, Fundus, and Corneal Topography. Each OD is paired with a dedicated technician for streamlined exams and support.
- Practice Autonomy with Mentorship: Enjoy clinical autonomy within a collaborative, team-centered environment. Mentorship is available from an experienced OD, making this a great fit for providers at any stage of their career.
- Balanced Schedule, No Weekends: Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or on-call responsibilities. Flexible hours based on provider preference.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: Guaranteed base salary of $150K–$170K+ depending on experience.
- Production Bonus: First-year earning potential enhanced by a 15% net collections bonus structure (17% in subsequent years).
- Signing & Relocation Support: Customizable sign-on bonus that can address relocation, housing, or student loan repayment, based on the final compensation package.

Qualifications:
- Degree: Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Nebraska.
- Experience: All experience levels considered; mentorship provided.
- Work Authorization: U.S. citizens or permanent residents only (not eligible for visa sponsorship).
