Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist patients in making frame selections
- Coordinate order pickups and deliveries
- Work with patients to customize their eyewear
- Make small adjustments to frames and lenses
- Responsible for marketing of the office
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Lead Optician or in the optical industry is a must
- Fashion savvy and enjoy helping people make fashion decisions
- Comfortable with sales and making transactions
- Works well in a team environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite software programs and other clinic-specific software
- Knowledge of financials and revenue goals
