We are a busy established optical practice in a large new facility looking for a team player who can help us provide superior customer service to our patients. We are looking for a friendly, personable optician to add to fun yet professional environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist patients in making frame selections
• Coordinate order pickups and deliveries
• Work with patients to customize their eye wear
• Make small adjustments to frames and lenses
• Other duties as required to be a successful Optician

Qualifications

• Optician must have great customer service abilities
• Comfortable with sales and making transactions
• Fashion savvy and enjoys helping people make fashion decisions
• Works well in a team environment
• Ability to operate a computer and basic office equipment.
• Prior experience as an Optician or a similar position
• Experience interacting with customers or patients as well as administrative and office experience
• Prefer experience with Microsoft Office Suite software programs and other clinic-specific software
