We have a great opportunity for a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) at our 40 bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Las Cruces, NM!

At our Rehab Hospital, we provide rehabilitative services to people recovering from disabilities caused by injuries or illnesses. We help our patients regain their physical or cognitive abilities so they can return home at their highest level of independence.

Position description: Under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, the COTA provides rehabilitative services to individuals with physical impairments; monitors the patient's program and records progress.


Requirements:

Current NM licensure as a COTA
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification
1 year of direct patient care experience in rehabilitation hospital setting preferred
