Hospital located in the Western Slope of Colorado near Montrose, CO area is looking for a permanent Occupational Therapist to join their team. Ideal candidate should have some inpatient experience working with all ages.

Currently looking for Occupational Therapist to fill an opening with an Hospital setting located around the Montrose, Colorado area. Interested candidates should at least have a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy, with a passion to work within an hospital setting while treating adults and pediatrics patients. Interested candidate should also have a valid Colorado OT license, or already have started the process of obtaining it. Very competitive compensation package available!

Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist

• The Occupational Therapist facilitates development and rehabilitation of patients with mental, emotional, and physical disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed occupational therapy.
• Facilitates development and rehabilitation of patients with mental, emotional, and physical disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed occupational therapy.
• Meets the patient’s goals and needs and provides quality care by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results and determining occupational therapy treatment plans in consultation with physicians or by prescription.

Minimum Requirements of the Occupational Therapist

• Must have 2-3 years of Inpatient Rehab experience
• Comfortable with Adults and Pediatrics
• Must be comfortable with doing some home health
