Occupational Therapist — Permanent, Full-Time ($37.82–$56.74 per hour)

Position Details:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Weekend rotation required; no call
- $20,000 new-hire sign-on bonus
- Potential relocation assistance of up to $10,000
- Assess patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
- Iowa OT license or eligible compact license
- At least one year of experience caring for a similar patient population
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
- Current BLS healthcare provider certification
