Job Description
I'm hiring for a Occupational Therapist in Arizona! There is potential for 25k sign-on bonus and/or relocation assistance.
The Occupational Therapist will provide Occupational Therapy services to patients/clients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication. Patient population will be in-patient (acute care), out-patient and Home Health.
Location: Near Miracle Valley, AZ
Type: Full-time and permanent
Shift: Days
Requirements: College degree; AZ OT license; prior experience
Pay: $50-$52/hr
Benefits: 401k; health, dental, and life insurance; PTO, etc.
