We are urgently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join a healthcare team in beautiful Southern Arizona!

Schedule and Work Locations

The two locations are approximately 49 miles apart, with Bisbee conveniently situated between them.

Important: Working at both locations is a requirement of the position.

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

• Provide occupational therapy services to acute inpatient, outpatient, and home health patients

• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence and quality of life

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

• Follow established clinical standards, safety procedures, and professional guidelines

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Valid Arizona Occupational Therapist license required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles, body mechanics, and safe patient handling

• Basic computer and documentation skills

• CPR certification preferred
