Occupational Therapist / Recreational Therapy Coordinator – Full-Time

Location: Near Perkinsville, VT 05151
Pay: $36.00–$43.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Permanent (80 hours per pay period)

We're recruiting for a full-time Inpatient Occupational Therapist / Recreational Therapy Coordinator opportunity with a hospital in Southern Vermont!

This position offers the opportunity to help patients improve their independence, daily functioning, and overall quality of life while supporting rehabilitation services.

Potential responsibilities include:

• Assess patient needs and functional abilities.

• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic interventions.

• Help patients improve daily living skills and independence.

• Coordinate appropriate therapeutic activities.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation professionals.

• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

• Relevant education and professional credentials in occupational therapy or therapeutic recreation, as required for the position.

• Experience working with rehabilitation patients preferred.

• Strong communication, organization, and patient care skills.

• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Compensation: $36.00–$43.00/hour, based on experience.
