Job Description
I'm hiring for an Occupational Therapist in Arizona! There is potential for sign-on bonus and/or relocation assistance.
The OT will provide Occupational Therapy services to patients/clients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication. Patient population will be in-patient (acute care), out-patient and Home Health.
Location: Near Mc Neal, AZ
Type: Full-time and permanent
Shift: Days
Requirements: College degree; AZ OT license; prior experience
Pay: Discussed during interview!
