Job Description
I'm hiring for a Occupational Therapist in Arizona! There is potential for 15k relocation assistance and/or 1k/month housing stipend.
The Occupational Therapist will provide Occupational Therapy services to patients/clients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication. Patient population will be in-patient (acute care), out-patient and Home Health.
Location: Near Elfrida, AZ
Type: Full-time and permanent
Shift: Days
Requirements: College degree; OT AZ license; prior experience
