Job Description
I'm hiring for a Occupational Therapist in Arizona! There is potential for 5-10k sign-on bonus, 2.5-5k relocation assistance, and/or 3 months of temporary housing.
The Occupational Therapist will provide diagnostic evaluations and treatment to assigned patients, and help patients reach maximum performance level, restore function, prevent disability, and use skills learned to the fullest to function in the community within the limits of their capabilities.
Location: Near Wellton, AZ
Type: Full-time and permanent
Shift: Days
Requirements: College degree; OT AZ license; prior experience
Pay: $51/hr mid-point
Benefits: 401k; health, dental, and life insurance; PTO, etc.
