NEW Occupational Therapist (OT) Opportunity – Inpatient & Outpatient
Full-Time & Part-Time | Varied Shifts | Plumas County, California

Join a collaborative healthcare team in a scenic Northern California setting! We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide care across inpatient, outpatient, swing bed, and skilled nursing environments. This is a great opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while making a meaningful impact on patient independence and recovery.

Compensation & Incentives:

• $55 – $79/hr (based on experience)
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time) | $5,000 (Part-Time)
• $1,500/month housing stipend (first 3 months for relocation)

Position Highlights:

• Treat patients across multiple care settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Support patient progress and functional independence

Qualifications:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate)
• Active California OT license (in good standing)
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical and communication skills

Preferred:

• 2+ years of experience in acute care, rehab, or outpatient
• Comfortable managing a varied caseload
