A hospital just outside of McPherson, Kansas, is searching for an experienced Occupational Therapist to become a leader for their team as the Director of Rehabilitation! Join an excellent team at this beautiful community hospital dedicated to serving its community!

Pay: $90,000-125,000/yr DOE

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Director of Rehabilitation:

• Full-time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
• Monday - Friday

Director of Rehabilitation Responsibilities:

• The Director of Rehabilitation oversees the daily operations of the Rehabilitation and Respiratory departments, as well as cardiopulmonary, speech, PT, and OT.
• The director of rehabilitation plans and administers medically prescribed occupational therapy treatment for patients suffering from injuries or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases, working toward functional restoration, pain relief, and the prevention of disability.
• Contribute to the overall strategic goals and objectives of the organization or facility

Director of Rehabilitation Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctorate-Level program in Occupational Therapy
• Registered in Kansas as an Occupational Therapist, or the eligibility to obtain upon employment
• 3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in a hospital setting are required
• Previous experience in a director role is preferred
• BLS Certification
