Job Description
A beautiful rehabilitation facility in Panama City, FL has an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join their team! New grads accepted!
- Pay: $35.00 – $48.00 / hour
- $10,000 sign on bonus!
Occupational Therapist Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct-hire position
- Schedule: Mon – Fri, day shift
- The Occupational Therapist must be able to participate in weekend and holiday rotations (4 weekend days per quarter).
Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients in an inpatient acute care rehab setting with physical, cognitive, or developmental impairments to support recovery and independence.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving function in daily living activities, mobility, and self-care.
- Promote functional independence through evidence-based interventions tailored to each patient's rehabilitation goals and hospital care needs.
Occupational Therapist Qualifications:
- Must have at least a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid Florida Occupational Therapy license
- BLS Certification
- New grads are encouraged to apply!
