Occupational Therapist

Position Highlights:

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive compensation: Up to $56/hr (commensurate with experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000, Relocation Assistance: Up to $3,000, with flexibility based on distance and need
- Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Certification through NBCOT preferred
- Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for Oregon Occupational Therapy License
- Licensure reciprocity available for out-of-state applicants
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and patient communication abilities
- Comfortable working with diverse diagnoses in both physical and mental health
- Open to new grads and experienced professionals; mentorship and support provided
- Employment sponsorship is not available at this time
