Occupational Therapist - Home Health - (OT - HH)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $45.00-50.00 *
ACUTE CARE hospital is looking for a highly motivated and energetic occupational therapist to join the team in their Home Health Unit. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.
Additional Requirements/Information:
" Interested candidates must have 1 year of experience
" Candidates must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a OT and/or registered as an occupational therapist per state requirements.
An occupational therapist (OT) is responsible for providing assistance to patients who need help performing a wide variety of activities, especially daily needs (e.g., dressing, cooking, eating, driving, etc.) and motor skills. In addition, occupational therapy requires an OT to perform comprehensive at-home and job-site evaluations, and maintain an open line of communication with patients’ family members and caregivers. They may have a number of specialties, including:

- Hand
- Home health
- Long-term care
- Outpatient
- Pediatric
- Psychiatric
- Rehabilitation
- School
Required Qualifications
Expect contractor to be independent in care and documentation within 1 week
Preferred Qualifications
At least 1 Home Health travel assignment is highly preferred
