Occupational Therapist (OT)
An Occupational Therapist (OT) is needed in Liberty, MO.

Salary and Benefits
- Full Time and Part-Time options available
- Full Time Salary Range $75,000 - $83,500 (depending on experience)
- Part-Time Salary is $45/hr

Responsibilities
- Full Time is Monday - Friday (8am-4:30pm)
- Part-Time is up to 24 hours per week
- Clinic Based, Pediatric Position
- Average of 7 full day clients as well as single service clients to meet efficiency
- Facilitates safe and comfortable learning in group activities
- Integrates an understanding of a child’s sensory, visual motor, and fine motor needs to provide education and accommodations which facilitate play and learning
- Fosters play and exploration to expand picky and restricted feeding
- Constructs meaningful and impactful learning activities through child-led play and interest-based learning
- Views all behavior as communication and inspires depth in holistic collaboration
- Work collaboratively with BCBAs, Speech Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists and other team members to provide an interdisciplinary approach to therapy services
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and reevaluations of clients referred to occupational therapy
- Conduct individual and/or group therapy sessions according to individual needs
- Supervise occupational therapy students and maintain records
- Supervise COTA’s and OTA’s and maintain documentation as outlined
Requirements
- Registered Occupational Therapist in Missouri required
- Licensed in the state of Missouri
- Bachelors level degree or above
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a CPR Certification
- Preferred 1-2 years of experience working with the pediatric population
