Occupational Therapist (Pediatrics + Inpatient/Outpatient Mix)
Clarion & Belmond, Iowa
Position Highlights:
Work-Life Balance:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00–4:30
- ~8 patients/day with no productivity requirements
- 1-hour dedicated lunch/documentation time
- Only one Saturday per month with a compensatory weekday off
Desirable Practice Setting, Ideal Work Environment:
- 50–75% Pediatrics with remaining inpatient/outpatient variety
- Well-established OT/PT/ST department with diverse clinical expertise
- Rural community with very limited outpatient competition
Ideal Work Environment:
- Dedicated pediatric therapy space
- 2 private rooms + 1 semi-private room
- EPIC EMR with your own computer/workstation
- Ability to make your treatment area your own
Favorable Call Schedule:
- Minimal call: 1 Saturday/month + rotating holidays

Qualifications:
- OT degree required
- Standard Occupational Therapy certifications
- Must hold Iowa OT licensure
- Comfort with pediatrics (50–75% of caseload)
- Ability to manage a diverse mix of inpatient and outpatient treatment
- Pediatric experience preferred; all backgrounds considered
- No visa sponsorship available
