A medical facility located near Grand Junction, Colorado is seeking a full-time, permanent Lead Occupational Therapist to join their team! Details are below.
Pay: $39.80 to $57.12/Hour (depending on experience)
- $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
Lead Occupational Therapist Job Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct hire position
- Mon-Fri schedule, day shift
- Setting: Inpatient
- Lead Occupational Therapist will provide high-quality personalized care with an average of 10-12 patients per day
- Assesses and evaluates patients to develop individualized treatment plans in coordination with physicians
- Guides and supports patients through therapeutic activities to restore mobility, function, and independence
- Monitors patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintains accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress
- Supervises Rehab Aides and collaborates with other team members to ensure continuity of care
Lead Occupational Therapist Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have active Occupational Therapist License
- Previous Occupational Therapist experience preferred
