Occupational Therapist Career Opportunity:

• The Occupations Therapist will assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily management of the therapy team, including supervising therapist assistants and technicians, staffing, scheduling, orientation, and training to ensure adequate patient treatment coverage.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with hospital departments to meet the needs of patients, staff, and the facility.
• The Occupational Therapist will provide direct patient care within the licensed discipline, typically accounting for 80% to 90% of work time.

Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

• A minimum of three years' discipline-specific or leadership experience required, with no less than 2 years being clinical
• Must hold a current state license or certification in Occupational Therapy
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within first 30 days
• Master’s degree preferred; candidates with a bachelor's degree and relevant experience will also be considered
