Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Travel Occupational Therapist to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to perform evaluations and develop effective resident treatment plans that restore, maintain, or prevent the decline of resident function. You will carry out medically prescribed therapy treatments in compliance with federal, state, and professional standards governing the facility. Willingness to float to other facilities on the island or other islands if needed, Registered Therapist productivity requirement: 83+%, Assistants productivity requirement: 90%
Requirements:
- Must have an HI license
- 13-week assignment
- Vaccine Required: Yes, but exemptions are accepted
- Shift start time: 8 AM
- Hours per day: 6
- Hours per week: 30
- Start date: 01/08/2024
