Required Qualifications
Active license
95% productivity requirement
Minimum of 1 year Skilled Nursing Facility experience (NO NEW GRADUATES / NO CANDIDATES WITHOUT Skilled Nursing Facility) experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Rehab Optima experience will be given first priority.
