We are partnering with a well-respected Home Health Agency in Lafayette, IN that is looking for a highly-motivated and passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract position. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment and work in a fast paced setting. The client is seeking a candidate available for full time hours. They would prefer someone with previous Home Health Experience. The schedule will be 8 Hour Days Monday through Friday. This is an immediate need and the client is actively interviewing. Required Qualifications
IN license
2 years of OT experience
Must have Home Health experience
Auto insurance, good driving record
BLS

Preferred Qualifications
EPIC experience
