Occupational Therapist - Home Health - (OT - HH)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1700.00 - 2000.00

OT home health needed for 13 weeks with At least 2 years of experience2+ references in the last 2 years AND no employment gaps. MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE EDUCATION VERIFICATION. NO ON THE JOB TRAINING FOR ANY FOCUS ONE JOB.

Required Qualifications
OT license in IL
BLS - AHA Only
