We’re hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) who wants flexible scheduling, one-on-one patient care, and the opportunity to help support a growing home health territory.

You’ll step into a home health role providing individualized occupational therapy services in patients’ homes. Coverage across St. Augustine and Palm Coast is ideal, but strong candidates interested in working within one territory are welcome.

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time: Approximately $55–$58 per unit
• PRN: Approximately $60–$65 per visit based on availability and territory
• Health insurance for full-time employees: Employer pays 50%
• Dental & vision insurance for full-time employees: 100% employer-paid
