Responsibilities for Nuclear Medicine Technologist

  • Perform tests for diagnostic and medical research
  • Prepare and give small doses of radioactive drugs to patients
  • Use high-level imaging equipment to record images of the radioactive material in the body

Requirements for the Nuclear Medicine Technologist

  • Graduate from a Nuclear Medicine School
  • ARRT or NMTCB Registered or Registry Eligible
  • CPR Trained
  • Holds or is eligible for Montana State licensure.
