Responsibilities for Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Perform tests for diagnostic and medical research
- Prepare and give small doses of radioactive drugs to patients
- Use high-level imaging equipment to record images of the radioactive material in the body
Requirements for the Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Graduate from a Nuclear Medicine School
- ARRT or NMTCB Registered or Registry Eligible
- CPR Trained
- Holds or is eligible for Montana State licensure.
