We’re currently seeking a Emergency Medicine Doctor to join our amazing team.
Details of the Emergency Medicine Doctor opening:
- Anticipated start date: ASAP
- Salary: Commensurate with Experience
- This opportunity is for Direct Hire
- Anticipated schedule: 5+ shifts/month
Daily Range of Responsibilities of the Emergency Medicine Doctor:
- Assess patients that enter the emergency room immediately and oversee emergency patient’s recovery
- Conduct follow-up visits to monitor the patient’s condition
- Request the appropriate medical tests and based on them, follow a treatment plan
- Develop effective patient care plans
- Refer patients to the appropriate specialists
- Ensure that patients are stable before transferring them to the proper department for further evaluation
- Provide instructions for discharge and any relevant paperwork
- Maintain the patient’s medical records
Qualifications for the Emergency Medicine Doctor:
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited United States medical school.
- Successful completion of residency at an accredited healthcare institution.
- Board certification in primary care or related field from said residency.
- Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration, for prescription writing.
