A facility located in Nebraska has an exciting opportunity for a Medical Technologist (MT) to join their growing team! $5,000 Sign-On & Relocation Bonus!

Pay: $31.00 - $38.00/hour (contingent on experience)

Medical Technologist Opportunity:

• Full-time, Direct-hire position
• Schedule: Evening shift | 36 hours/week
• Setting: Lab

Medical Technologist Responsibilities:

• Conducts a wide range of high to moderately complex clinical laboratory tests and procedures
• Performs specialized testing across various departments, including Blood Bank, Microbiology, Hematology, and Chemistry
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills in troubleshooting test issues, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring optimal laboratory performance
• Maintains and monitors quality control measures, ensuring precision and reliability in test results
• Collaborates with team members and other healthcare professionals to support timely and accurate diagnosis and patient care

Medical Technologist Qualifications:

• BS degree in Medical Laboratory Science
• ASCP Certified or equivalent
• Phlebotomy required
• Medical Technologist experience preferred
