Medical Lab Technician / Medical Technologist, Variable (Days/Evenings)

Our client in Western Vermont is looking for 2 Medical Laboratory Scientist/Technologists or Technicians (MLS / MT or MLT) to join their laboratory team. This is a Generalist role covering days and evenings. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience but new grad candidates will be considered. This position may involve rotating in multiple units and shifts, including weekend and holiday rotations. Units in the department include Blood Bank, Reference, Hematology, Chemistry, and Microbiology. National certification will be required for this role but candidates eligible to obtain certification within 6 months of hire will also be considered.

Minimum requirements for the Medical Technologist/ Medical Lab Technician position:

• Associates or bachelor's degree from an accredited program or the necessary experience to qualify for the MLS, MT, MLT certification
• Experience is preferred but strong new grads will be considered
• Medical Technologist / Medical Lab Technician Certification or eligibility to obtain within 6 months of hire
