Medical Technologist - Clinical Laboratory Scientist - (Med Tech - MT - CLS)
StartDate: 10/18/2021Available Shifts: 8/10/12 E, 8/10/12 N Pay Rate: $1400.00 - 2000.00

Dress code is maroon tops with black pants. 2+ years of experience AND the most recent 2 years MUST be in a hospital setting ONLY. There is a 50 mile radius rule. No more than a 3 month work history gap in the last year. Previous experience at a hospital with at least 300-400 beds. Knows EPIC computer system. Knowledge of Beckman Coulter AU and DXI Analuzers. Technologist with experience in Hematology, Specimen Processing, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Chemistry Epic computer experience is desirable. Experience with Sysmex XN hematology analyzers, CS-5100 or 2500 coagulation analyzers, Beckman AU and DxI analyzers. Candidates should have outstanding/excellent references. Nicotine free - Nicotine testing is required prior to start and your traveler will be canceled and not eligible for rehire for 12 months if there is a positive result from ANY form of nicotine. All time off and/or scheduling requests must be included in the submission. Candidates cannot be considered if they have been employed as a perm hire at any WellSpan site within the year. WellSpan requires the flu vaccine from October 1 - April 30. Please ensure your traveler is willing to obtain prior to submitting.

Required Qualifications
2 travelers for:
*Prefer experience in Hematology, Specimen processing, coagulation, urinalysis
*Epic experience required

3 travelers for:
*Molecular amplification testing experience is preferred
*Req Cert/Registration MLS(ASCP) or HT(ASCP) or HTL (ASCP) or categorical certification [ H(ASCP), M(ASCP), etc.)

2 travelers for:
Prefer experience in Hematology, Specimen processing, coagulation, urinalysis
*Epic experience required
